TO ORDER:-

• Select the department (buttons to the left) with the products you are interested in
• Select options for a product e.g size, colour
• Type in quantity for the product selected
• Click on the shopping basket icon- this is the small icon which looks just like a miniature supermarket shopping trolley.  It's situated just to the right of the quantity window
• Select another product or option e.g another colour for the same product
• Click the basket to add this to your order
• The total value of your order is shown at the bottom of the web page at all times
• To see details of your shopping basket click on the eye icon at any time
• the number 1 shown next to the add button is the quantity that would be added to your shopping basket and it is NOT the quantity in stock.  To change the amount you wish to order just click on the number and chnage it.
• This website does NOT charge your card when you place an order and we would only charge when goods are ready to dispatch

CURRENCY

• Your order will be processed in New Zealand dollars
• Estimated values for other currencies can be seen by selecting the very bottom left hand corner icon (rates are updated daily but may vary from the rate used by your bank for processing credit cards purchases)
• Select your currency

FAVORITES & TELL A FRIEND OPTION

• Click on the heart shaped icon to add products to your favorite list.  These will be remembered next time you visit the Eenee Shop to save you time when ordering
• You can send information about your favorite products to your friends by clicking on the envelope icon shown next to each of your favorite products

CHECK OUT, SHIPPING & TAXES

• Once you have finished selecting your order you can view your shopping basket.
• View the shopping basket by clicking the eye icon or checkout button on the top of the page
• All pricing inside New Zealand are inclusive of shipping and GST
• Click the Shipping and Tax button
• Select your payment method
• Check the Terms option before proceeding further
• Fill out your postal and payment details as instructed on the forms
• Print your order by clicking on the printer icon if required (This is useful if paying by cheque so you can send it through the post with your payment, or if placing a fax order)
• Once your payment is processed and sent an invoice will be emailed to you (please make sure the email address you type in is correct)
