NB/ Due to demand we have now put in place a easy payment system whereby you can receive your products straight away for 1/3rd of the price and pay the rest off over the next 3 months.  We add a 4.5% surcharge for this service and it is only availbale with credit card prurchases and purchases over $200.00.

Shipping Method:


DOMESTIC.  All orders for delivery in New Zealand are inclusive of GST.  $6.50 Flat rate Charge for all orders except when ordering more than one carton of pads; We will e-mail you with adjusted shipping costs for your approval before processing your order in this case.  All orders are Couriered to your door and insured.

RURAL DELIVERIES. Any RD order will be sent by NZ Post (via Parcelpost).  There could be an extra Charge for  orders; We will e-mail you with adjusted shipping costs for your approval before processing your order in this case.  NZ Posts Parcel Post is a reliable and economical way of sending parcels around New Zealand however if you preferr to have Courier service please email us at info@modernnappies.co.nz  to inform us of your preferrence.  INTERNATIONAL. If you are ordering from outside New Zealand we will e-mail you with adjusted shipping costs for your approval before processing your order.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE may vary with the products you order. We endeavour to process and send orders within 1 to 2 wroking days, if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you by email.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for an exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original package (just the bag or box the item is in, not the mailing carton.) Postage charges are not refundable.

Please contact us at info@modernnappies.co.nz if you feel one of our products you have ordered is faulty and we will organise for its replacement. 

Please note that we do not cover normal wear and tear. 

Different brands of washing machines have different levels of wear and tear on garments it is impossible to guarantee the length of time any nappy will last.  Also some washing detergents are much harsher than others on fabrics for example we have found the cheaper "no name" brand detergents are best, as they don't have additives & scent which may irritate baby's skin and /or wear down the fabric of the nappies.  Also we have found that some Eco friendly washing powders seem to be harsher than standard types.

If you buy just a few Nappies/Pouches/Wraps and wash them everyday or even even several times a day you may not get as long use out of the nappy but of course you will have spent less as well.
